Balloon rides! Just be sure not to hit the wires on the way down. Of all the places in Colorado to take a balloon ride, Steamboat might be one of the best. Remember, you don't actually go very far in one of these things, and you certainly don't go very fast, so you want a fairly immediate, 360-degree payoff that makes it worth the intense heat and stale champagne. Honestly, I'm not sure you get all that high up, though. Maybe it's better to save the money for a lift ticket or the down payment on that last guy's house.
