We don’t generally push products here on\u00a0View<\/em>, but State Speaker of the House Mark Ferrandino clearly needs some education on the matter, since he thinks that toffee is,\u00a0\u201cfruitcake of the confectionery world<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n
