...this, the first real vista of the San Juans. The mountains along the Million Dollar Highway aren't as persistent as they are along the San Juan Skyway, but they're pretty impressive nevertheless. Once again, I've probably picked the least impressive time of year, since the road is maintained year-round. I got it after the snow melt and before the aspen turn.
