Try Again...

Ah well, it looks as though I'll get another shot at Level I. I wish I could say that the test was unfair, but it wasn't. The fact is that the financial situation had me doing a lot of work both during the day and in the evenings. Since I'll be spending less time programming and more time studying, I've got higher expectations this go-around.

One of the major problems is that the study classes are all on Saturday, so I'm going to look for one that sacrifices a weeknight rather than weekends.

Any luck on studying this time around? I'm also taking Level I in June in Denver. I've been going for 2 hours a day for the past few months. It's definitely a pain in the ass to make it work around work and school and everything else going on. Any tips for a first time taker?

So how is it going(CFA). This is my first shot for level I. I graduated from MBA last december so I have put the job search on hold for right now and concentrating on my exam.Any tips for me????. As for me I am preping on Schweser.I am choosing which books to read based on the weightage on the exam.So I have started with FSA almost done and next will be reading Asset valuation..Its getting tough!!!!

Good luck! How did it work out? (It is now April and the admission tickets have just arrived).

Joshua:

Thank you for putting together this blog.

I will sit for the Level I exam this December, also.

What can you tell me about the exam? Any tips or suggestions?

Thanks again.
